Corail Noir Hotel

On booking we asked for a room with a sea view and we were told that all the sea rooms had been booked but could get a partial sea view. The room that we were allocated did not have a partial sea view. So I spoke to reception and they moved us to the partial sea view room. There was no wifi in the room, the shower did not work properly and the aircon was on 24 degress. I raised these queries numereous times without any action. I then asked to speak to the manager who never came to speak to me. On my booking, my room said that I had high speed wifi and aircon, this was not the case. We stayed 12 days so there was time to have resolved these issues. The shower was not fixed. So the value that I paid for was not the reality. Management was absent and did not engage. Truly very disappointing. And the resort is not english friendly and I felt due to this I was ignored.

There are good points and bad points... Firstly, The staff were very friendly and they tried their best. The location is really good. The upkeep is good although could do with some improvement. The garden pool and rooms are excellent. The bed was very comfy. We were offered an upgrade and immediately regretted it. As the bed was not as comfy and the bedding very old and worn. The new room had bugs which kept biting us at night. They weren't mosquitos so maybe fleas or bed bugs. The main pool got cleaned whilst we were there but within days it was building up.with mould again. Dinner way too late on occasions we only ate after 8.30. The food was generally OK. Mostly Italian food. They do need to cover food as flies tended to sit on the food. Especially the morning fruit. The chocolate tart caused a great amusement with the staff and guests as it was so hard you couldn't even cut it ... but a new dessert was brought out. The maitre de was excellent and had a great sense of humour. Food hygiene and handling needs some attention as one staff member put his hands into the bowl of nuts and ate some to taste them then served them onto plates with his hands without washing hands etc. No English translations and Google translate didn't always work but the staff tried their best. Very italian based hotel. If an Italian group was in we were pushed aside and had to fit in with their requirements. We couldn't book or get into excursions. The private beach wasn't raked and was full of sandflies. The massage therapists were incredible - big thumbs up. The hotel could do with offering smaller change as we only had large value money. Thus tipped too much when out and about. The hotel transfer was terrible.. the first car seemed to have transmission problems and the return car had to be pushed started and then stalled along our route. It also had a loose wheel we feared for our lives. This is a point as we had booked excursions with a different company and their vehicle was air conned and its upkeep.was great . The transfers should be better.

Il 7 /08/2025 con la mia famiglia siamo stati in questo meraviglioso villaggio magico accolti da Matteo ottima accoglienza..Siamo riusciti a staccare la mente dalla routin Italiana vivendo un mondo di pace ricco di affetto, attenzioni da tutto il personale..il mangiare ottimo ..stupiti nel vedere il nostro bimbo di 8 anni mangiare verdure pesce frutta..HANNO FATTO IL COMPLEANNO A SORPRESA AL MIO BIMBO che rimarrà impresso nn solo al mio bimbo Elia anche a noi grandi..I giardinieri in un secondo riuscivano a trovare la tartaruga MORA MORA che significa piano piano, i camaleonti nascosti tra le foglie! ...X NN PARLARE DELLE GUIDE..OGNI MATTINA FACEVAMO ESCURSIONI DIVERSE TUTTI SIMPATICI ...NOIRE se nn sbaglio a scrivere con la sua simpatia ha catturato i nostri 💕. Auch wenn das Hotel schon einige Gebrauchsspuren aufweist bringen die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter einen top Service und mach damit den Unterschied aus. Frühstück is ok , Dinner aber Perfect . Check in und Check out Top. Schlafkomfort in Raum 14 top . Dusche top . Massage großartig, die Bartender locker nett und schnell . Dive Center sehr gut und es hat mit Simone als dive Master Spass gemacht
